Az elvonulås alapgondolata, hogy a kreativitås nem csupån mƱvészi önkifejezés, hanem egy módja annak, ahogyan az élethez, önmagunkhoz és måsokhoz kapcsolódunk.
A kreativitĂĄst több rĂ©tegen keresztĂŒl vizsgĂĄljuk majd: a termĂ©szetben valĂł Ă©rzĂ©kelĂ©sen ĂĄt, az önfelfedezĂ©s ĂștjakĂ©nt, valamint kapcsolĂłdĂĄsi gyakorlatkĂ©nt is. A workshopokban megjelenik a testtudatossĂĄg, a mozgĂĄs, a jelenlĂ©t, a kapcsolati tudatossĂĄg Ă©s a pszicholĂłgiai reflexiĂł.
A kĂŒlönbözĆ testalapĂș tudatossĂĄgi gyakorlatok mellett bĆven hagyunk idĆt arra is, hogy egyszerƱen csak legyĂŒnk. Pihenni, Ă©lvezni egymĂĄs tĂĄrsasĂĄgĂĄt, felfedezni a szigetet Ă©s annak rejtett kincseit.

Once again in 2026, continuing a tradition of several years.
At the beginning of September, when the summer noise has softened but the sea is still warm, we gather on the island of Hvar.
Sunlight. Salty air. Rocky shores.
Long conversations. Silence. Presence.
The retreat is built around the idea that creativity is not only artistic expression, but a way of relating to life, to ourselves, and to others.
Weâll explore creativity through different layers: through perception in nature, as a way towards self-discovery as well as a relational practice. The workshops will integrate embodiment, movement, presence, relational awareness and psychological reflection.
Besides engaging in different body-based awareness practices, weâll also leave ample time to âjust beâ. To rest, to enjoy each otherâs company, to explore the island and its hidden gems.
Weâre all active creators of our lives, letâs see how we can trust in our own creative force.
This retreat is not about becoming âbetter.â
It is a space where you do not have to perform wellness, positivity, productivity, or spirituality.
You can simply arrive as you are.
This retreat is primarily about slowing down, connecting, and arriving to our creative forcesâ both to ourselves and to one another. The rhythm of nature holds the frame: sunlight, warm sea, salty air, evening conversations on the terrace. Everyday roles can move slightly into the background, leaving space for presence.
What can this week offer?
â A sense of community where there is no need to appear âbetterâ or âmoreâ than you are.
â A calming effect on the nervous system: sea, sunlight, and a slower pace.
â Real conversations, attentive listening, and attunement to one another.
â Time simply to exist, to create, and to look at your life from a little distance.
The self-awareness focus supports this process. Alongside the morning yoga practice, we work for a few hours each day with guided, body-oriented exercises that help you be more consciously present, sense yourself more clearly, and look more honestly at what is happening within you. We give space to what naturally begins to unfold when people spend time together and step out of their usual routines.
The rhythm of the days
Arrival: September 5 in the afternoon. Getting to know the place and each other, opening circle, shared dinner.
A typical day might look like this:
Morning: gentle yoga or breathing practice on the beach or in the common space, followed by breakfast.
Late morning or afternoon: a guided group session (2â3 hours) related to the focus of the week.
The rest of the day: free timeâbeach, rest, reading, excursions, creative time, or exploring the island together (for example Jelsa or Hvar town).
Evening: informal time together, conversations, occasionally a short closing or integration practice.
The program follows the rhythm of the group and the weather. It is not a tightly scheduled retreat.
The framework
The group size is maximum 16 people. If you have not attended one of my retreats before or we do not know each other, a short online conversation precedes registration so that we can mutually see whether this retreat is a good fit for you. If you are currently in an individual process with me, unfortunately you cannot participate in this retreat.
Location
Vrboska is a quiet Mediterranean fishing village with bays, rocky shores, and clear water. Accommodation will be in the Vénus Apartments, in fully equipped, air-conditioned double apartments.

For those who would like to step out of their usual environment for a week.
For those who long for genuine connection and deeper presence.
For those who would like to rest and recharge in a more conscious way.
This is not a therapy group and it does not require prior experience, though openness and personal responsibility are essential.

The price includes accommodation and participation in the program.
Travel is not included (car-sharing from Hungary is usually around 30,000 HUF), but we help coordinate it.

A week spent in a structured yet spacious environment can initiate inner shifts that are often harder to access in everyday life. The sea, nature, and shared presence create a context in which it is genuinely possible to return home after a week feeling different.
If you feel the need for a conscious pause, this week can provide the frame for it. It can be especially supportive if you work in helping professions, spend a lot of time with people, or are beginning to notice early signs of burnout.
